About Us

Many of our clients come to us with stories about nerve-wracking and uncomfortable dental experiences. They are apprehensive, nervous and sometimes downright scared! They tell us 'they hate the dentist!', and sometimes the only reason they have scheduled an appointment is because they are in pain . Camp Hill Dental strives to change this perception of the dental industry. Our team offers outstanding care, in an effort to make every dental experience at our practice PAINLESS and POSITIVE. We have placed TVs on the ceiling of each surgery, and may offer you Nitrous Oxide sedation ('laughing gas'), so you can feel more relaxed as you watch Foxtel® during your dental treatment!

As our client, you will leave each appointment comfortable, calm and relaxed. You will be satisfied with your dental treatment and feel well cared for. We have a broad range of techniques and facilities that we have implement to ensure a positive, comfortable dental experience.

Caring Clinicians

For each appointment you will be cared for by one of our experienced Care Clinicians. They will explain the scheduled treatment, guide you through the steps of each procedure and keep you well informed. They are excellently equipped to answer any of your questions regarding dentistry. We can show you your teeth problems on a LCD screen using our tooth camera. Your clinical practitioner will continually assist you throughout your procedure - they are there as an emotional support.

Entertainment

We have so many great new technologies to distract you! On the ceiling above the dental chair, we have digital LCD monitors, so that you may watch Foxtel® television or a movie of your choice for the duration of your appointment. All these great forms of entertainment ensure that your mind is occupied and entertained during your appointment!

Pain-Free Treatment & Laughing Gas

Laughing gas is a fantastic way to relax you during dental treatment. Laughing gas (nitrous oxide) is a form of inhalation sedation that is administered through a mask during your appointment. It allows you to feel extremely relaxed and content, while still being aware of your surroundings. The effects of nitrous oxide last only as long as you continue to breathe in the gas, and you can drive home 10minutes after the sedation has been removed. Valium (diazepam) may also be utilized to assist with your anxiety.
